Shipping policy

We send every order from Kuala Lumpur. We pack and send orders within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery then usually takes 2 to 4 working days in West Malaysia, and 3 to 7 working days to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Busy seasons such as Chinese New Year and Christmas can add a few days.

Malaysia
- West Malaysia, including KL and Selangor (DHL): RM 7.50, free on orders from RM 100.00
- Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: RM 10.00, or RM 5.00 on orders from RM 150.00

Singapore
- Under 1 kg: RM 30.00
- 1 kg and over: RM 50.00

Brunei
- Under 1 kg: RM 60.00
- 1 kg to under 2 kg: RM 80.00
- 2 kg and over: RM 100.00

Wholesale orders are charged by weight; we confirm the delivery charge with your order.

Tracking
When your order leaves us, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take a day to update.

Something wrong?
If your parcel is late, damaged or shows as delivered but hasn't reached you, message us on WhatsApp at +60 11-5646 6231 or email hojichaya@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll help you follow it up with the courier.
